Learn the tricks of the trade from a professional local chef during a Spanish cooking class in the heart of Barcelona. Choose to join the chef for a visit to Abaceria Market, then head to the kitchen to whip up paella, tapas, and a delicious crema Catalana dessert while sipping on Sangria. If you select the market tour option, meet the chef at the entrance of the Abaceria Market. Ask questions, try the products, and chat with the chef and the vendors as you stroll through the market. During the tour, the chef will buy some of the ingredients to be used later for your cooking class. After a short walk to the kitchen in Carrer de Verdi, enjoy a welcome glass of wine and appetizers and start the preparation. The chef will teach you the tricks and secrets of Spanish cooking and traditional methods for the dishes of the day. The bar is open so you can enjoy some sangria as you cook up a storm.
