Important Information

• IN CASE OF LATE ARRIVAL: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late respect to the starting time of the activity, Samurai Experience may consider the game as cancelled applying the cancellation conditions. IN CASE OF MODIFICATION: In case of modification of the reservation less than 24 hours before the reserved time, a cost of 50% of the value of the reservation will be applied in order to modify the reservation. ALSO, A SEPARATE CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED: To make the reservation you must be of legal age, and that in case there are minors in the party is responsible for them. In no case minors alone will be able to cut with the katana, nor will they be served alcoholic beverages. To perform the activity none of the participants may be under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances. In case of detecting that a person is under these effects, he/she will not be able to perform the experience and the payment will not be refunded, neither totally nor partially.
