The Maremagnum is a shopping and eating emporium, where you can shop until 10pm every day of the year. A selection of bars and restaurants seems to be dominated by fast food outlets. Despite the commercial context, a good meal in the Mediterranean sunshine while watching the maritime traffic or looking across the harbor at Barcelona's many Gothic towers is quite enjoyable.
