After several generations this family has kept the high quality level of almonds, honey and sugar which are the necessary ingredients to make this delicious sweet according to the traditional recipe.

Over the time they have added to the two typical varieties, the hard (Alicante) and the soft (the Xixona) some new varieties according to the modern taste like chocolate, marzipan, etc.
