We will start our exclusive tour from your hotel in Barcelona at the agreed time, heading towards the Priorat region, famous for its high-end wines and spectacular landscapes. Our first stop will be in Gratallops, a charming village known for its concentration of world-renowned boutique wineries. Here we will visit the prestigious Gratavinum winery, renowned for its premium wines and exquisite extra virgin olive oil, made on the estate. The experience includes a private tasting of their best vintages, paired with local products of the highest quality.
From Gratallops, we will continue to the viewpoints of Finca Palacios, home to the famous old vines that give rise to the iconic L'Ermita wine, one of the most valued wines in Spain. We will pause for a gourmet lunch at a renowned restaurant in the area, located in the Priorat, we will go to a restaurant that has positioned itself as one of the benchmarks of haute cuisine in the region, combining local seasonal products with exceptional creativity. It has been awarded the Sol Repsol, a recognition that endorses its commitment to excellence and innovation in the kitchen. It has also received accolades from the Michelin Guide, establishing itself as an essential place for lovers of good food.
Among its most outstanding dishes are the Lamb at low temperature with truffled potato emulsion and the Tuna tartar with ajoblanco sauce and crunchy bread, both known for their sophisticated presentation and explosion of flavors. The Mellow rice with mushrooms and foie is another of the star creations, reflecting the chef's focus on reinterpreting traditional flavors with a modern twist.
