Description
The workshop begins with a welcome glass of Catalan cava paired with a local tapa while you learn the fundamentals of mixology, including balance, professional techniques, and how to reinterpret classic cocktails.
Participants will then choose three cocktails to creatively recreate using three different techniques. This process focuses on understanding and transforming recipes rather than copying them, all under professional guidance.
A second food accompaniment will be served during the preparation phase. Finally, you will design your own original cocktail, with the chance for the best creation to become the bar’s 'Cocktail of the Month'.
This dynamic experience combines local food tasting, professional techniques, and creativity in a relaxed, authentic setting.
