Begin your evening with a warm welcome on board. Be greeted with a glass of cava as the boat departs the marina. From the deck, enjoy panoramic views of the city’s skyline, including landmarks such as Montjuïc, the W Hotel, and the Olympic Port. Once underway, Chef Camila Santini begins serving the first courses. The menu is inspired by Mediterranean flavors, prepared with a modern and creative touch. Starters may include dishes such as tuna tartare with mango and avocado, creamy gazpacho with Andalusian garnish, or a selection of antipasti with seasonal vegetables and cured meats. Each plate is designed to highlight fresh, local ingredients while offering a refined culinary presentation. The main course is the highlight of the evening.
