Step into the Cava Centre for a one-hour interactive, audiovisual experience exploring the origins, history, and secrets of Cava production, guided by a host throughout the visit.
Follow a route through six immersive stages: a room surrounded by projected imagery with sensory surprises, including scents; the magic of the bubbles; interactive enigmas revealing the craftsmanship of Cava; a 3D vine display telling the story of the phylloxera crisis; a room featuring phylloxera-related elements and audiovisual projections celebrating local traditions; and a final room dedicated to the history of the Penedès wine region, showcasing vines and artifacts that tell the story of how Sant Sadurní overcame the crisis.
Conclude your experience with a guided tasting of three local cavas paired with three artisan Km0 cheeses produced in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. Afterwards, a short walk takes you to the hotel for the cheese and wine pairing. Parking is available on-site for guests arriving by car.
