Description
Once gathered at the school, and after leaving our belongings in the lockers, I will assign you the paddle surf equipment, and we will head towards the beach (50 meters). We will start with an explanation about the sea and the factors that determine its changes, such as winds, tides, currents, choosing the best area, and the basic techniques in paddle surfing. After that, we will enter the water and start applying everything explained, adding content and progressing at your own pace! Once the basic objectives are achieved and a sufficient control in standing position is demonstrated, we will do a short journey to finish the class.
