This Awake Boards class takes place at Olympic Port in Barcelona and suits participants with average physical fitness.
Description
The Awake experience starts at the WTT activity center, located at Moll de Mestral, Puerto Olimpico. Participants can store their belongings in lockers and use provided clothing.
An instructor and crew escort clients on a support boat to begin the class. Before starting, the instructor covers basic tips on board control, balance, safety techniques, and communication codes. Guidance is provided throughout the session.
After the activity, participants return to Olympic Port to use showers and enjoy a refreshing drink at the facility. This activity is not recommended for wheelchair users, pregnant individuals, or those with back problems.
