Your journey begins at Vertical Freediving, Barcelona's specialized freediving center. During a brief introduction, our professional instructors will teach you the basics of breathing, relaxation, safety, and how your body naturally adapts underwater.
All gear is included and designed specifically for freediving: wetsuit, fins, mask, weight belt, and safety buoy. As a center dedicated exclusively to freediving, we offer a safe, professional, and authentic experience.
After the briefing, we board directly from the marina in front of our center and head to a beautiful diving site in the Mediterranean Sea.
Unlike most freediving experiences in Barcelona, we access the diving site on a professional boat, allowing participants to enjoy calmer waters, better visibility, and a more comfortable experience away from crowded beaches.
Once in the sea, you will practice relaxation techniques, buoyancy, and your first vertical descents under the supervision of professional instructors, many of whom are active freediving competitors. Thanks to our small group format, you'll receive personalized guidance throughout the entire experience.
