Reus Airport

Reus Airport is located 4 km from Reus and around 108 km South of Barcelona city centre. Reus Airport facilitates many passengers who are destined for the beach resorts of Cambrils and Salou in the Costa Daurada, yet since the emergence of ‘budget airlines’, passenger turnover at Reus has soared with more and more travellers taking advantage of cheap flights and the airport’s relatively close proximity to Barcelona.

The airport possesses a few shops and all of the services you would expect to find in an airport including car rental. Although smaller than Barcelona-El Prat Airport, Reus does play home to budget airline ‘Ryanair’ who operate very affordable routes to and from some key destinations. Reus is also very close to one of of Europe's most exciting theme parks, PortAventura.

Passengers destined for Barcelona who arrive at Reus need to remember that the transfer time takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, somewhat longer than if you were to arrive at Barcelona El-Prat Airport or Girona Airport.

If you plan on visiting only Barcelona, Reus is not the best Airport to fly to, we recommend taking a look at the other Barcelona Airports.

There is a bus service to get to and from the Reus Airport and you can buy the ticket on the bus. The bus station in Barcelona is next to the Barcelona Sants main train station in the Sants district, in carrer Viriat, s/n.
