Description
The fishing trip in Barcelona begins in Port Marina Vela. We will welcome you on board and show you our 41ft Bavaria sailboat. Everything will be ready to depart and navigate towards the open sea. As we head to a prime fishing location, you'll enjoy fantastic views of Barcelona's skyline. We make sure the fishing gear is properly arranged for the fishing trip. You're welcome to bring your own equipment too. The trip will be led by an experienced fishing guide and angler. Here you'll find a list of some of the species you can catch in our fishing trip in Barcelona: - Mahi Mahi: A surface-dwelling ray-finned fish found in off-shore temperate, tropical, and subtropical waters worldwide. (early September to end October). - Bonito: They swim at cruising speeds of 3 to 7 km/h, but can reach speeds of 70 km/h and, exceptionally, are capable of exceeding 110 km/h in short distances. (mid July to mid December). - Bluefin Tuna: They are found in both temperate and tropical seas, mostly living along the coast or offshore in the Mediterranean environment. (mid-June to mid-October). - Mackerel: They are found in both temperate and tropical seas, mostly living along the coast. (mid March to early December). -Albacore: One of the smaller tuna species, reaching sizes between skipjack and yellowfin. They are bullet-shaped with a dark blue back and lighter blue-gray sides and belly. (early July to End of September). - Dentex: Is an active predator, feeding on other fish, mollusca and cephalopods. It is solitary for most of the year, but during reproduction it lives in groups for some weeks. (end of November to early March). - White Seabream: A species of seabream native to the eastern Atlantic and western Indian Oceans.
